Vitamin C ( Ascorbic Acid), also called L-ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin, rich in fruits and vegetables. It plays a regulatory role in     the oxidation-reduction metabolic reaction, and lack of it can cause scurvy. Under normal circumstances, the vast majority of vitamin C is         metabolized in the body to decompose into oxalic acid or combine with sulfuric acid to produce ascorbic acid-2-sulfuric acid to be excreted in urine, and the other part can be excreted directly in urine.
